  • Jakeya Coleman

I was referred to UAB Medicine by a friend. She told me all about the great perks, employee benefits, and the warm environment that she experienced among her co-workers. I’m so glad that I [applied], because not only did I find a work family, I have also found people who are so helpful and kind, and they make coming to work a treat instead of a chore. I also love how UAB Medicine offers educational assistance to help you grow. I love working for an employer that invests and supports growth in its employees. The health care is second to none, and UAB also places a great emphasis on work/life balance.
