Women’s Health with Dr. Huh is a podcast series hosted by Warner Huh, M.D., chair of the UAB Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Each episode runs about 15 minutes and features UAB Medicine experts discussing common medical issues among women and sharing advice on leading healthier lifestyles.
About Warner Huh, MD
Warner Huh, M.D., chair of the UAB Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, is a widely recognized expert in women’s cancers, cancer vaccines, robotic surgery for gynecologic conditions and cancers, and cervical cancer screening and prevention. He was among the first oncologists to test Gardasil as an HPV vaccine and helped pioneer the use of robotic surgery in gynecologic cancer procedures and hysterectomies. A graduate of the Georgetown University School of Medicine, Dr. Huh was president of the Society of Gynecologic Oncology for 2019-2020 – the youngest ever to serve in that role.
