What do I need to know before I leave my appointment?

At the end of your visit, you should receive a summary that includes:

• Follow-up appointments
• List of your current medications, including prescriptions from today’s visit
• Clinic location of today’s visit
• List of your allergies
• Problems addressed during today’s visit
• Orders placed today
• Today’s recorded blood pressure

If you have any questions about your summary, please make sure to ask before you leave.
