Its annual Consumer Loyalty Awards honor health care organizations that consumers rate highly based on net promoter score, brand perception, and human understanding metrics. The 100 organizations that score the highest are recognized each year.
UAB Hospital qualified for consideration based on receiving at least 150 “top-of-mind” mentions on NRC Health’s national Market Insights study between April 1, 2023, and March 31, 2024. Market Insights is the nation’s largest online health care consumer perception survey, and it measures the opinions, behaviors, and profiles of 310,000 people annually.
