The Specialty Clinics of UAB Hospital at UAB Medical West provide non-emergency specialty care services to adult patients of all ages. The clinics are staffed by experienced and compassionate UAB Medicine doctors, nurses, and other professionals.

Located on the 6^th floor of the UAB Medical West medical office building (MOB), these clinics provide the following types of specialty care:

Cardiology, including an EKG lab
Interventional Cardiology
Neurosurgery
Physical medicine & rehabilitation (PM&R)
Pulmonology, including pulmonary function testing (PFT)
Rheumatology

These clinics are “provider-based”, which means that patients may receive multiple bills for the various services provided during a single visit. Please see suite and phone numbers for these clinics below:

PARKING:
Parking is free in all lots and decks. Patients and visitors may park in the flat lot in front of the hospital and enter through the main front entrance, or they can park on the first or second floor of the parking deck. From the main hospital entrance, go right at the information desk and take the elevators to your clinic floor within the Medical Office Building, which is connected to the hospital. From the deck, use the skybridge on the second floor to enter the hospital. Take the first set of elevators on the right to your clinic floor. If you need to reach a physician after hours, please call 205-934-3411 and ask for the physician on call. For medical emergencies, please dial 911.
