On-Demand Urgent Care Online
UAB eMedicine offers online urgent care for common conditions such as cold/flu, test proven covid, sinus infection, female bladder infection, pink eye, vaginal yeast infection, back pain, skin conditions, and more.
Get easy, affordable access to a trusted UAB care provider from your mobile device or computer–anytime, anywhere. Answer questions about how you’re feeling in an online form and a UAB provider will share your diagnosis and treatment plan in about an hour. This option is best for common conditions and routine illnesses, like ear infections, colds/flu, rashes, or UTIs. The cost is $25, and you must be at least 18 years old.
The medical record for this visit will be available in your UAB eMedicine account which is maintained by our partner Fabric. If you would like to share the details of your visit today with your UAB Medicine physician or any other health care provider, you can request a copy of today’s visit to be emailed to you or your healthcare provider by sending a request to uabemedicine@uabmc.edu, or you can print a copy yourself. UAB Medicine will not retain this medical encounter within its electronic health record (EHR) system.
