UAB Medicine Leeds is a family-oriented practice offering a continuum of care from birth through adulthood. Our practice is dedicated to providing exceptional and compassionate health care for children and adults of all ages. Our experienced team includes internal medicine and pediatrics (med-peds) physicians, all of whom are board-certified in both specialties. Together with the UAB Hospital-Leeds Outpatient Imaging and Laboratory facility, located next door, we are able to offer our patients a wide range of health care services without leaving your community.

UAB Hospital-Leeds Outpatient Imaging and Laboratory

Located adjacent to UAB Medicine Leeds is UAB Hospital-Leeds Outpatient Imaging and Laboratory, which gives patients access to the expertise of UAB Hospital with the convenience of not having to travel to the downtown UAB Hospital campus for their imaging needs. Our facility features the latest and most advanced imaging technologies, and we employ only certified imaging professionals who pride themselves on providing top-notch care and an excellent patient experience. In fact, UAB Hospital-Leeds Outpatient Imaging and Laboratory is ranked among the top 2% nationally for overall patient satisfaction, as reported by Press Ganey. And for your convenience, we are often able to accommodate same-day and next-day imaging requests. If you have questions, please call 205.699.4180.

AFTER HOURS & EMERGENCIES

If you need to reach a physician after hours, call 205-934-3411 and ask for the physician on call. If this is a true medical emergency, please dial 911 for immediate assistance. For after-hours and weekend urgent care for non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries, UAB Medicine offers an Urgent Care Clinic located in downtown Birmingham. VACCINATIONS

Please note that our clinic follows the Alabama Department of Health’s required vaccine schedule as part of the standard care for our pediatric patients. This ensures the safety and wellbeing of all patients and family members here at UAB Medicine Leeds and is a REQUIRED component of the physician and patient relationship. The COVID-19 vaccination is not a required vaccine to maintain care at our facility.
